Introduction. These are the standard terms and conditions of supply of the Domainz Affiliate programme and certain other services offered from time to time on the Domainz Web Site at www.domainz.net.nz ("Services").
You agree to join and remain in the affiliate program on the following terms and conditions:
1              Domainz Limited may change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice by posting those changes (or changed terms and conditions) on its website.

2              The commission rates payable to you are on a 'per domain name registered' basis for domain names registered and paid for in full. The current commission rates are set out on the Domainz Limited website, and can be changed at any time by Domainz Limited without notice.

3              Any commission paid to you is inclusive of any goods and services tax and other taxes or charges which may apply to the commission by any relevant law. You must meet the liability for any applicable tax, charge or levy.
a              will be paid inclusive of any goods and services tax ('GST') but exclusive of any other tax or charge which may apply to the commission under any relevant law. You must meet the liability for any such other tax or charge; and
b              will be supported by a recipient created tax invoice issued to you by Domainz Limited in accordance with the requirements of the GST legislation then in force

4              As a member of the Affiliate Program you are granted a limited licence to use Domainz Limited logos and trade marks. You may use them only in the format provided to you, for the period that you are an authorised Affiliate member and only for purposes connected to the conduct and promotion of the Affiliate Program. Any alterations to the format of the logos and trademarks or the banners must only be made with the prior written approval of Domainz Limited. You must cease to use any logos or trademarks immediately upon your ceasing to be a member of the Affiliate Program.

5              You must not in any way say, hold out, or permit anyone to believe that you are an accredited ICANN Registrar and will only be permitted to refer to your status under the Affiliate Program as a 'Domainz Limited Affiliate Program member'.

6              As an Affiliate Program member, you do not acquire any right or interest in any intellectual or commercial property of Domainz Limited, nor do you have any interest or right in any domain name registered through the Program.

7              Domainz Limited is not responsible for any claim or demand which may be made against you by a customer applying for or registering a domain name through your site, and you hold harmless and release Domainz Limited from and against any such claims.

8              You indemnify Domainz Limited from and against all claims, demands, losses and charges it incurs as a result of your breach or non-performance of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

9              Domainz Limited may immediately terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program in case of your breach or non-performance of this Agreement, without any liability for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of termination.

• Either party may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program without cause by not less than 7 days notice to the other.
• Payments are made on a quarterly basis via Electronics Funds Transfer (EFT) New Zealand
